PAS Officer Tahir Sangi Named New Sindh Health Secretary
KARACHI: The Sindh government has appointed Tahir Hussain Sangi as the new Secretary, Health Department, according to a notification issued on Monday.
Mr Sangi, an officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), was previously serving as Commissioner Larkana. In Health Department, he has replaced former Secretary, Rehan Iqbal Baloch, who was transferred recently.
Promoted to Grade 20 in August 2023, Mr Sangi has been serving in Sindh for several years. His previous assignments include Secretary, Mines and Minerals Department, and Additional Secretary, School Education Department.
