British diplomats calls on Faryal Talpur

KARACHI: A delegation of the UK High Commission, led by Ms. Jane Marriott, High Commissioner to Pakistan, met with Mrs. Faryal Talpur, President of the Women Wing, Pakistan Peoples Party, at Zardari House, Karachi.

The UK delegation included Mr. Lance Domm, Deputy High Commissioner, Mr. Tom Burge, Deputy Head of Mission, and Ms. Huda Ikram, Political Advisor.

The meeting focused on matters of mutual interest, with discussions centered on strengthening cooperation and enhancing dialogue on key political, social, and economic related issues.

The meeting was also attended by senior leaders of the Pakistan Peoples Party, including Mr. Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar, Minister for Home, Law, and Parliamentary Affairs, Mr. Saeed Ghani, Minister for Labour, Mr. Sohail Anwar Siyal, MPA, Mr. Jam Khan Shoro, Minister for Irrigation, Planning, and Development, and Mr. Qasim Siraj Soomro, MPA.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continued engagement and constructive collaboration in areas of shared priorities.
